I wanted to write a note of thanks for the fine service from Madison Property Services (MPS) at our home this month. Our home in Madison, WI, had some roof leakage and hence water damage in my office.

The initial call to your office was helpful, accurate, and timely. You kept in contact with us, told us what was going to happen, made it happen, and checked to see how it all happened for us.

I was impressed with the knowledge base, care, and craftsmanship of the two gentlemen who worked with the set-up and dehumidifier. The drywall/ painter also did his work with courtesy, attention to detail, and finished the job when promised. He did more than expected by painting the -whole office ceiling of the impacted room. One less winter project for me!

As a retired Lutheran clergy, I appreciate how people take their calling, vocation is a term I use, to serve God and neighbor with diligence. MPS is a model. I can see why Ridge Top Exteriors recommended you. We recently had a very positive experience working with Madison Property Restoration (MPR).  A room in our finished basement encountered water damage in September 2022.  I contacted MPR and within several hours Christian Arhangelos (Field Operations Manager) arrived on site and delivered the equipment necessary to perform water mitigation.  This equipment was left onsite until the moisture levels returned to an acceptable level.  We also contracted with MPR to perform the rebuild of the room damaged by water.  The rebuild consisted of replacing drywall, painting and flooring.  We were very pleased with the quality and workmanship of those individuals and companies involved in this effort.  Christian also served as the primary contact working with our insurance adjuster providing our insurance company with all of the supporting documentation needed to process a claim.  It became very evident to me upon first meeting Christian and later talking to some of their staff that their company takes their responsibility to their customers very seriously when performing restoration work and strives to provide their customers with the highest level of quality and service in all facets.  I was made to feel that our project was very important to them and that they wanted the final product to meet and/or exceed our expectations.   Christian and staff were always very friendly and responsive when I had questions or concerns.  I highly recommend MPR for any restoration work you may need to have done in the future.

This is a fantastic company. Randy came out to inspect our church for mold and was very courteous. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. If you’re having an issue with mold in your home, I highly recommend Madison Property Restoration.

Project Notes:  As it turned out, this old church had a masonry structure with efflorescence on the walls. This is common in older masonry buildings and it’s not a health concern. I explained to the clients how to resolve the problem themselves without having to send out one of our mold mitigation teams.

I highly recommend Madison Property Restoration. We had a lot of mold in several different areas of our house that needed to be removed. Randy came and gave us an estimate and we were able to schedule the removal quickly. The techs that came to do the work were very efficient, friendly and very informative about the issues we needed to deal with in the house to ensure the mold would not return.
