Entire Roof Needed to Be Removed
When our roof and attic fell victim to some heavy ice damming this winter I had Randy with Madison Property Restoration come out to do an inspection on the damage. Unlike the 3 other mold companies I had out for inspections/estimates Randy was very knowledgeable about what was going on with our roof/attic and went above and beyond by scheduling a second inspection with his recommended roofers (Storm Guard) and insulators (American Home Consultants) to make sure we had the best idea of what needed to be done to repair the roof/attic. Onsite his crew was quick to get the job done which is important when your entire roof is open and exposed to the elements. Old Home With Mold Issues…..Resolved
Randy and his employees were absolutely excellent. I have no financial or other reason to post a positive response other than the fact that my contractor recommend them, I choose their business, and I was extremely satisfied with how everything went during their work for me. They were timely, professional in explaining everything to me, and finished the project within budget. The outcome met all of my expectations, and the mold/wet basement is now usable again, helping me to salvage a significant investment in this rental property. I would use this business again in a heartbeat.
Going the extra mile to do it right
We had mold in our attic that had come back even after Service Masters came and did some mold mitigation about 6 months before. Randy was very responsive and carved time out of his busy schedule to do an assessment and make recommendations. We decided to try Service Master again but they were going to make us pay for an entire new mold removal process and they didn’t guarantee the work. We went with Madison Property Restoration and they provided a 1 year warranty for the work and did a very thorough job. It was more expensive than the competitor but they did so much more and it will be less likely to return. So a better value overall I’m sure.

New Home Owners Find Mold Issues – Need Help
My homeowner’s insurance agent recommended using Madison Property Restoration for addressing water damage, foundation issues, and mold removal. I’m happy I moved forward with contacting Madison Property Restoration to solve not only water damage in our basement but mold in our attic that was supposed to be treated by the seller of our first home. MPR’s turnaround for addressing our issues was quick! Great communication from appointment reminders to the morning of appointment ETA. Moldy Basement from multiple foundation cracks
When I was calling businesses for restoration work, I found quite a few businesses do not test mold. It was great when MPR came to our home, with a certified mold tester. He gave us the scope of the project, set the schedule & took care of ALL the steps that needed to be done. Prior to the work being done, the project manager came to our home. He wanted to take a look at what we needed & communicate to his team, what needed to be done. Tammy the office person was so helpful. When we had questions, she always got back to us quickly.
We are extremely happy with the work MPR did! Also we loved how we were treated through the whole project. MPR made our mold nightmare all better & stress free❣
