Randy and his team did a fantastic job getting to our home quickly to mitigate any major issues. Thanks to him and his team we were able to get our home put back together in a reasonable time. All of the employees that entered our home were respectful and kind. I do not wish water damage on any homeowner, but if you do have an issue I would HIGHLY recommend Randy and his team at Madison Property Restoration.
Flooded Basement: Dry-Out Through Reconstruction
This is an outstanding company, from start to finish. They worked quickly to dry my basement after it flooded, and then they prepared it for water mitigation work. After that was done, they came back and reconstructed the basement from top to bottom, leaving it better than it was before the flooding! Randy and Brandon were not only professional, but also trustworthy and kind. It is highly unpleasant to deal with flooding and water damage, but I felt that these guys had my back through the whole process. I highly recommend this company!-

New Home Owners Facing Major Mold Issues
We bought a real lemon of a house with undisclosed water damage that turned into a HUGE mold problem. The mold specialist even said it was the worse case (highest spore levels) she had ever seen. My wife, 3 children, and I actually had to evacuate our home.
I can’t say enough about Madison Property Restoration. They answered our endless phone calls and emails, even on weekends. They were thorough and professional. I even had a 45 minute conversation with one of the staff members on how to save my daughter’s most prized stuffed animals from mold damage (which she then emailed me detailed instructions). I know they were providing a service for us but in some ways they made us feel like family.Thank you Randy and crew for all of your care, cleaning our house, and providing all of this at a reasonable cost.

Detailed inspection and discussion of options to remediate mold in attic was matter of fact; no sky is falling scenarios or attempts to up-charge. Close coordination with insulation contractor provided a turn key solution for removal of old insulation, mold remediation/application of preventative additive and install of attic air-seal and new insulation. MPR team was professional, transparent and worked with a sense of urgency … all during an August hot spell.
