Excellent company, would definitely recommend Madison Property Restoration (MPR). Randy was able to respond the same day of the incident to look at the problem and set up soot damage mitigation work in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in going over the process with us and made sure to answer all our questions. His crew was very polite and professional and they got the job done. Randy even lined up other contractors for us to work with to handle other aspects of this clean-up process. He also dealt with the insurance company which was very helpful.
