We recently had a very positive experience working with Madison Property Restoration (MPR). A room in our finished basement encountered water damage in September 2022. I contacted MPR and within several hours Christian Arhangelos (Field Operations Manager) arrived on site and delivered the equipment necessary to perform water mitigation. This equipment was left onsite until the moisture levels returned to an acceptable level. We also contracted with MPR to perform the rebuild of the room damaged by water. The rebuild consisted of replacing drywall, painting and flooring. We were very pleased with the quality and workmanship of those individuals and companies involved in this effort. Christian also served as the primary contact working with our insurance adjuster providing our insurance company with all of the supporting documentation needed to process a claim. It became very evident to me upon first meeting Christian and later talking to some of their staff that their company takes their responsibility to their customers very seriously when performing restoration work and strives to provide their customers with the highest level of quality and service in all facets. I was made to feel that our project was very important to them and that they wanted the final product to meet and/or exceed our expectations. Christian and staff were always very friendly and responsive when I had questions or concerns. I highly recommend MPR for any restoration work you may need to have done in the future.
