Randy,
I wanted to let you know how much Peg and I appreciate ALL the efforts you and your “TEAM” performed at our home over the past three months.
It started on the morning of Saturday June 16th with your quick response to my call of water issues in my lower level as a result of extremely heavy rains the previous night.
That response, I believe helped to minimize the amount of damage to the structure and personal property.
Your assistance with the issues that needed to be worked out with the insurance company was invaluable. You provided me with an affective “ROAD MAP” to insure the necessary actions were taken in getting our home back to normal.
As of today we are able to bring closure to having our family room a place we can enjoy again. In fact, much better than before the storm in June.
The recommendations and plans we implemented have significantly improved the infrastructure to reduce any future water issues.
We are glad you were so responsive on the Saturday morning in June and your actions taken since that time.
