We had mold in our attic that had come back even after Service Masters came and did some mold mitigation about 6 months before. Randy was very responsive and carved time out of his busy schedule to do an assessment and make recommendations. We decided to try Service Master again but they were going to make us pay for an entire new mold removal process and they didn’t guarantee the work. We went with Madison Property Restoration and they provided a 1 year warranty for the work and did a very thorough job. It was more expensive than the competitor but they did so much more and it will be less likely to return. So a better value overall I’m sure.
