Dear Chris:
I wanted to write a note of thanks for the fine service from Madison Property Services (MPS) at our home this month. Our home in Madison, WI, had some roof leakage and hence water damage in my office.
The initial call to your office was helpful, accurate, and timely. You kept in contact with us, told us what was going to happen, made it happen, and checked to see how it all happened for us.
I was impressed with the knowledge base, care, and craftsmanship of the two gentlemen who worked with the set-up and dehumidifier. The drywall/ painter also did his work with courtesy, attention to detail, and finished the job when promised. He did more than expected by painting the -whole office ceiling of the impacted room. One less winter project for me!
As a retired Lutheran clergy, I appreciate how people take their calling, vocation is a term I use, to serve God and neighbor with diligence. MPS is a model. I can see why Ridge Top Exteriors recommended you.
