Excellent company, would definitely recommend Madison Property Restoration (MPR). Randy was able to respond the same day of the incident to look at the problem and set up soot damage mitigation work in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in going over the process with us and made sure to answer all our questions. His crew was very polite and professional and they got the job done. Randy even lined up other contractors for us to work with to handle other aspects of this clean-up process. He also dealt with the insurance company which was very helpful. MPR answered our many calls and emails promptly during this whole process. Madison Property Restoration made sure to make this unfortunate experience less stressful for us. New Home Owners Facing Major Mold Issues
We bought a real lemon of a house with undisclosed water damage that turned into a HUGE mold problem. The mold specialist even said it was the worse case (highest spore levels) she had ever seen. My wife, 3 children, and I actually had to evacuate our home.
I can’t say enough about Madison Property Restoration. They answered our endless phone calls and emails, even on weekends. They were thorough and professional. I even had a 45 minute conversation with one of the staff members on how to save my daughter’s most prized stuffed animals from mold damage (which she then emailed me detailed instructions). Brandon and Tony did a spectacular job completing the work on our kitchen today. The doors under our sink look beautiful.
