Satisfied Client – Water Damage and Rebuilding

Randy,

I wanted to let you know how much Peg and I appreciate ALL the efforts you and your “TEAM” performed at our home over the past three months.

It started on the morning of Saturday June 16th with your quick response to my call of water issues in my lower level as a result of extremely heavy rains the previous night.

That response, I believe helped to minimize the amount of damage to the structure and personal property.

Your assistance with the issues that needed to be worked out with the insurance company was invaluable. You provided me with an affective “ROAD MAP” to insure the necessary actions were taken in getting our home back to normal.

As of today we are able to bring closure to having our family room a place we can enjoy again. In fact, much better than before the storm in June.

The recommendations and plans we implemented have significantly improved the infrastructure to reduce any future water issues.

We are glad you were so responsive on the Saturday morning in June and your actions taken since that time.

I could go on and on about Randy and the Brandons (which would be a great band name, btw) but all you need to know is that you should stop looking and just call them. Randy is professional, unbelievably responsiveand available, immensely knowledgeable, and a nice guy to boot. The Brandons are efficient, friendly, thorough, tireless experts. THANK YOU for saving our basement!

Major Flood & Condensation Damage

Hi Randy,

I want to let you know that we were so impressed with your company’s work.  We honestly didn’t expect that our home could be salvaged first of all, but for it to turn out as good as it did is unbelievable.  No one would believe just how bad it was unless we showed them the before pictures.

We want to thank you for taking the time to explain to us what needed to be done in simple terms we were able to understand.  And, we appreciate your honesty and integrity.  When additional work and expenses weren’t necessary, you were honest and gave us the good news.

Your employee Brandon is a working machine and in spite of the heat really did a great job.  Give Brandon a pat on the back from us.

After every thing is done and we have moved in, I would like to invite everyone back to just see how beautiful this house has become after the restoration.

Thank you again,

Ralph & Susan Ray

Testimonial – Flooded Basement

“Last week my sump pump failed, after a recent repair. I had spent a significant amount of money to restore my basement. The sump pump failed again last week, and the all familiar smell of water in the basement literally woke me up. Upon recommendation from another carpet cleaning company, I called Madison Property Management. I called Randy at 9:00 am on the beltline in Madison. He promised me that he’d be at my home at 5:00 pm. Not only was he there with Brandon, but they both worked until 9:00 pm to haul out carpet tile and dry wall. Sometimes you just have to trust people to do what they say they will do. Randy helped restore my basement and came back the next day to continue on his mission to help me. I honestly don’t know where I would be now without his help. Thank you Randy and Brandon. That was a late night. I truly appreciate you being there for me.”

Thank You Randy,

Marsha.”

Customer Testimonial

“We hired Randy Schmidt (Madison Property Restoration) to solve a moisture problem on one of our properties.

He and his help (Brandon) were very professional and thorough. Randy was very knowledgeable, shared his rationale on what he was doing, and what we needed to do to maintain. I would definitely recommend using his devices.”
